How would you go about calculating the following?

A country has 85% White population and 6% Chinese population.

If 55% of the country's lottery winners are White, and 20% of the lottery winners are Chinese, by how many times is a Chinese person more likely to be a lottery winner than a White person?

What proportions of each group actually plays? If, for instance, 100% of so-called "whites" play and only 20% of ethnic "Chinese" play, surely this would affect your computations...? ;)
