Hello, I have been stuck on this problem for awhile. Any help would be appreciated; thanks.

*solve without calculator*
Given log x = 1.322,
approximate the value of log (1/x5)

What logarithm rules have you applied to the expression?

Try using the log rules they gave you (here) and what you know about exponents (here). Convert the fraction inside the log to an expression with a negative power. Then apply a log rule to move that power outside of the log, and evaluate.

If you get stuck, please reply showing your thoughts and efforts so far. Thank you! ;)
