I have a differentiation problem that i cannot solve. Please help!!

The question goes like this,

Find the coordinates of the point on the graph of y= x^2-x at which tangent is parallel to the line y= 5x.

What is the slope of the tangent line to a curve at a given point (x₁,y₁)? What is the equation of this line?

You need to not only know how to compute derivatives in calculus but you need to know what a derivative means. Please tell us what information you get when you take a derivative of some function and then we will be able to help you better if you still need help. Also draw a picture of what is going on.
