Arthur Itus owns a medical supply store. Arthur has the chance to purchase a wholesale lot of aluminum crutches. Arthur knows he can sell one set of crutches for $48.20. If Arthur needs a 23.8% markup on selling price, how much can he pay for one set of crutches from the wholesaler?
