The department of natural resources reports that a fish is unsafe to eat if the polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) concentration exceeds 5 ppb. PCB is normally distributed. A random sample of 10 fish taken from a local lake results in the data listed below. Does the data suggest that the fish from this lake should not be eaten? Base your alpha on a 95% confidence interval. (write in complete context, include the possible error and it’s consequences)
2.9 6.6 4.8 5.2 5.1
4.7 6.9 4.9 3.7 3.8

What do you know about this? Do you know what a "normal distribution" is? Do you know what "95% confidence interval" means? It is impossible to give hints when you no attempt to do the problem yourself so we cannot see what you do know and where you need help.
