Stability condition in queuing system

Hello,

I have some troubles with determining the stability condition in the following queuing system:
Customers arrive according to Poisson process with rate 2 per hour. Mean service time is 45 minutes and 2 servers available. The waiting room is of infinite capacity, but waiting customers leave according to Poisson process with rate [FONT=MathJax_Math-italic]α.[/FONT]
So I thought this system is stable for each [FONT=MathJax_Math-italic]α, because [FONT=MathJax_Main]2[FONT=MathJax_Main]≤[FONT=MathJax_Main]2[FONT=MathJax_Main]⋅[FONT=MathJax_Main]4[FONT=MathJax_Main]3[/FONT][/FONT][/FONT][/FONT][/FONT][/FONT] anyway. But it bothers me that the exercise specifically asks for a stability condition. I hope you can help me. Thank you in advance![/FONT]
