Kindly help me solve the following equations. It would really save my grades.

Solve by the Quadratic Formula:

6. x2 + 3x + 1 = 0

7. 3x2 - 6x - 1 = 0

Solve the equations:

8. \(\displaystyle \sqrt{\strut 3x\, -\, 4\,}\, +\, 8\, =\, 0\)

9. 2x1/2 + x1/4 - 3 = 0

I answered on my own but I'm not even sure and I don't even know if I'm doing it right. Kindly help and it would save both me and my already dangerous class standing. Thank you! God Bless!
