Help for crack a formula

Hi, I found this formula in a specification, and I have trouble to understand it, is there anyone who might help me?

The main purpose is calculate the coefficient value from cable modem basing on previews coefficient value and the coefficient value from CMTS. Also, I want to know if the Fn(coefficient value from CMTS) are zero for tap 17-24, could we calculate non-zero value for Fm+1,n???(coefficient value from cable modem after convolution).

When I click on the image thumbnail, the enlarged version is too blurry to read. Different things can cause this.

(1) The original image has very poor resolution.

(2) The font size in the original image is too small.

(3) The dimensions of the original image are too big (forum software reduces large images)


If (1) is the reason, get an image with better resolution.

If (2) is the reason, increase the font size.

If (3) is the reason, break the large image into two smaller images; crop off the irrelevant information at the top; crop off all of the wasted, blank white space.
