A rectangular box with the following dimensions:

Exterior Length: 15.0 cm

Exterior Width: 12.0 cm

Exterior Height: 6.0 cm (*7.0)

Side/Bottom Thickness: 1.0 cm

The goal is to find the plastic needed for the box which is 430.0 cu cm.

The box has 4 sides and 1 base.

Finding the necessary steps to finding the amount of plastic needed has proven somewhat difficult as I believe I'm missing one step.
The height includes the bottom thickness so it includes the thickness of 1.0 cm. The closest I've managed to get to the required number is 420 cm. If anyone has any idea on the steps I could take for a more precise final answer it would greatly appreciated.
