How would I evaluate functions, derivatives, given table of values?

I have managed to solve the first two but the last two are confusing me. Do I have to use the quotient rule and product rule respectively. If so, how can I apply those rules to a set of numbers when there are not equations involved.

Thank you!

How would you express (fg)'(x)? Using product rule I get:

(fg)'(x) = f(x) * g'(x) + f'(x) * g(x)

(fg)'(-2) = f(-2) * g'(-2) + f'(-2) * g(-2) = 5*7 + (-9)*(-4) ..... continue....
