Also, please state all that you know about the puzzle, including its exact wording, and its source. What are you allowed to do? What specific operations are allowed or required? Do you need to use all five numbers, including using 167 twice? Why is 0813 written in a non-standard way? And do you have good reason to think it can even be done?

I don't think there's enough information given, to determine the code numbers.

Those are the codes and they came up with them from the numbers someway

You appear to be asking us to "reverse engineer" a formula or algorithm that encodes some information. That is something that, if possible at all, typically requires many samples of data -- compare the work of scientists who are essentially trying to "reverse engineer" some part of nature, by doing many experiments hoping to recognize how each input affects the result. Even then, they can't be sure they haven't missed something.

Applying a known algorithm is easy. Identifying an algorithm out of infinitely many possibilities is very hard. If it were to be possible at all, we would need to know everything you know about it (what those numbers represent, what the code is for, etc.), and a lot more besides. Math is not magic.

Can you at least tell us what the code numbers are, and why you "need" them?

Well, it's sure not mathematically possible!

Unfortunately, you have not posted enough information for us to determine the "way".
