I tried solving this question and I was able to find out the value of BF.I found it this way,
IMG_20171215_000131_337.jpg
First of all, construct EG parallel CF meeting AB at point G.Then, in triangle BEG, BF=GF.........(i)
Again, in triangle ACF, we have AG=FG...(ii)
So,From (i) & (ii), BF=GF=AG
Also, AF=9.
Thus, 2AG=9
=> AG = 4.5
AG=GF=BF= 4.5

But, if you will check out the options for the length of BF then there is no any option for the value 4.5.
So, do you agree with me that the options for this question are incorrect?

Along, with it also tell me how to find out the value of OD?

NOTE: I am a High School student and English is my second language.Thanks!

It is not just the options that are incorrect -- the figure itself is wrong!

If CD = 15, then BD = 7.5 by the same sort of reasoning you (correctly) used. But they say it is 5.

So there must be a typo in the statement of the problem. I've tried a little to find a small change that would make it work; should the 5 be somewhere else? And could the 9 be somewhere else so that BF would be an integer? I haven't found a way.

But the bottom line is that you can entirely ignore this problem, unless you like detective work.

On the other hand, if we ignore BD, OD is one the selections. You can find it by drawing a line through D parallel to BE, much as you did.
