hello I really need help with these exercises :(:(. Thank you in advance!

4. The owner of a gasoline station wants to study gasoline purchasing habits of motorists at his station. He selects a random sample of 60 motorists during a certain week. Eleven motorists purchased premium-grade gasoline. At the 0.05 level of significance, is there evidence that less than 20% (proportion) of all the motorists at the station purchased premium-grade gasoline?

this is just something i need to pass , and english is not even my first language ( and I do not live in english-speaking country) so even if i had thoughts about it I would not be able to share them with you so please helpp
