You asked your question and showed your work very nicely, but it would be helpful if you didn't put everything into a picture. When the question is typed out, it can be searched for and used in other ways.
Your error is in using y itself as the radius of each disk. As you can see in your picture, the radius is actually 4 - y. Change that (which will result in a somewhat harder integral, but not too bad), and you should get the correct answer.
