Hi. This looks like a trigonometry exercise, to me, so I've moved it off the Pre-Algebra board. You could draw a line from G to I, for example, and you would have two triangles. You could then find all angles and sides, using the Law of Cosines and the Law of Sines. Similarly, connecting Q and S helps with QRST.
Let us know, if you don't understand the meaning of \(\displaystyle \text{GHIJ} \cong \text{QRST}\).
