    Help with this question (idk category :/)

    Alright, so this is referring to an airsoft gun and it sounds odd, but trust me its all math here.

    So the rate of fire of this gun with a plastic slide is ~100g; using gas that is 100-110psi, it is 1150-1300 rounds per minute.



    The rate of fire of this gun with an aluminum slide (plus some upgrades) is ~130g; using gas that is 130-150psi, it is 1000-1250 rounds per minute.

    So, what would the rate of fire be with a slide that is ~200g; using gas that is 160-210psi?

    "Rate of Fire" usually refers to "rounds per minute". Perhaps you mean "Muzzle Velocity"?

    What is "g"? Is that Gram? Acceleration due to gravity? Something else?

    Your ranges are not helpful. It is more likely that a given pressure could be used in a helpful fashion. "130-150" makes it vague and imprecise. "~" makes it approximate, at best.

    What are your thoughts? How are the three things related? Is it all linear? Is there known research - or empirical dogma - on the matter?
