-what percentage from the 29% more likely make up the 30% steals ?

Revised:

Objective: I want to find out what baseline to use for Group B to calculate "30% more" from Group A.

The values I have:

The average number of mistakes made by a workforce is 100 per year based on 86,000 employees

The workforce is categorized into 2 groups

Group A makes 30% more mistakes than Group B

Group A represents 90% of the workfoce

Group B represents 10% of the workforce

What is the average number of mistakes Group A makes or baseline. Do I just take 100X1.3 or would the average of group B be lower then the total group average.
