Did you state the whole problem? The given information doesn't seem sufficient to yield a unique solution.

Do the dots on the diagram mean anything that you didn't state in words?
 
Me purty sure dem dere dots mean lines are equal (AB = CD).
If so, problem is quite simple...

That's what I expect, too; but (a) I've never seen that particular notation, so I'd want to make sure; (b) bladimir didn't mention it, so pointing it out might be helpful; and (c) I don't get any of the given choices (exactly), so there may be something else going on.

In general, I very much dislike problems where you have to deduce (assume?) everything from a picture, rather than being told the givens in words. It was nice of bladimir to attempt to do the latter for us.
