Two students took an exam.
One of them achieved 9 points, and his points were 75% of the sum of both of their points.

What points did they obtain?

A 9 and 3?
B 9 and 13?
C 9 and 6?
D 9 and 22?

You are given that "9" is 75%, or three parts of four, of a total. If 9 is three parts, then what is one part? (Hint: Divide.)

Then how many points did the other student get?

If you get stuck, please reply showing your work. Thank you! ;)
