Pretty straightforward. This is a right triangle so you can apply the Pythagorean theorem. The two legs have length x and the hypotenuse has length 62 cm. \(\displaystyle x^2+ x^2= 2x^2= (62)^2= 3844\). Once you have x, it is easy to find the perimeter and area.
