Actually, you don't end up needing Pythagoras. Try looking for similar triangles.

I only used one pair of triangles. One involves RM, and the other involves known lengths ...

Please show what you have done with the idea, rather than just asking for more advice. The best way to figure out what I meant is to try it and see what happens. That's also the best way to figure something out without help, as you will have to do on a test!
