When do you breakeven with a membership vs non-membership, with this Go Kart company?

Say there is a company Go Kart company that charges (taxes included) as follows:

For Members: Annual Fee = $60 with first 2 races being free, after it will be $25 per race

Non-Members: $35 per race

How many races do you have to do to breakeven? How do you figure this out?

Have you considered adding up a few races and seeing how it goes?

Member: $60
NonMem: $35

Okay, now it's your turn. What about two races?
