A length of 10mm square tube is rolled into a perfect circle.
The ends of the tube are cot at 90 degrees to the flats.
The outside flat of the tube is the outside Circumference of 1571 mm(rounded). The inside flat of the tube is the inside Circumference of 1508 mm(rounded).
I am trying to find out the join angles where the tube joins together.
Outside flat diameter = 500 mm and inside flat diameter = 480.

I have tried laying both circumferences out flat with centers plumb and with a 10 mm parallel distance between them both.
Then build triangle from the different lengths at both ends and measure angles but this does not work.
When using the inside Circumference as the cut length of the tube, the inside Circumference meets perfectly but a triangler shape is left between the 2 circumferences.

By the picture below the red area is the square tubing and angles a and b to allow a nice join.

Your help is appreciated
