Is relation is "atomic" operation?

Is relation is "atomic" operation?

Please explain. The word "relation" is used in several different ways, and "atomic" may have multiple meanings, depending on what you mean by "operation". We need the context of your question. Can you give an example of a relation and of an atomic operation, in addition to definitions or references to them?

O.K.

Is the concept relation stand by itself? (as "atom" in Chemistry)
Is the concept relation can be "divide" to other mathematics' concepts?

Would you be willing to share the answer you got at MHF here? It could potentially help someone here who isn't a member over there.

I don't think you've clarified what you mean in either place.

If you want helpful answers, you must ask a meaningful question. What definition of "relation" are you using? In what sense is a "relation" an "operation"? Often you can clarify what you mean by giving examples.
