h(x) = 19x − 7 ln x

Since you posted in "Calculus", I must assume you are somewhat familiar with the concept of the Derivative. How does that help you in forming an equation of a line?

If you have x = e, does this help you find h(e), giving you a point on the line?

The equation for the tangent line to the following curve h(x) at the point where \(\displaystyle x=x_0\) is
\(\displaystyle (y-h(x_0))=h'(x_0)(x-x_0)\)
