Can someone please help me on proofs? I dont understand anything about them really, the hardest part for me is the reason that you do what you do. It's not on one specific problem, but I always get stuck. Please try to help me!

Present a problem and show your work. Learning to think logically is the point of the exercise. If you are not in the practice already, it may be difficult at first. No worries. You can get it.
