You don't happen to mean 0.64666666666666666666..., do you? If you do, then that is really nasty notation. There is a standard trick for that.

S = 0.64666666666666666666...
100*S = 64.666666666666666...
100*S = 64 + 2/3 = 64*(3/3) + 2/3 = (192+2)/3 = 194/3
100*S = 194/3
S = 194/300 = 97/150

Check 97/150 = 0.64666666666666... - Check!
