In a random sample of 150 high-level female employees, 45 stated that they had been sexually harassed on the job. Can one conclude from these data that 35 percent of the population represented by the sample have been sexually harassed on the job?

Should I work this as a probability or normal distribution problem?

Use the normal approximation to the binomial.
