Hi there,
I've been given the problem "There are eight consecutive odd numbers that when multiplied together yield 34,459,425, and I have no idea how to find the answer. I've done okay with similar problems involving 2 numbers that equal a given number when multiplied, but I don't know how to apply that to 8. Can anyone push me in the right direction? Thanks so much!

Let 3 equal the first odd integer.

Try looking at the prime factorization of 34,459,425

\(\displaystyle 3^{4}\cdot5^{2}\cdot7\cdot11\cdot13\cdot17\)

Ok, I did that and it made sense. Thanks so much for the quick reply!
