Percentage: what percentage on board were crew members?

having some probs working percentage out on this one, get 2 different answers so...

titanic had 2208 total people on board, 1316 were passengers, 892 were crew members. what percentage of total on board were crew members? how do I work this out nice and simply please???

892/2208 * 100

It is important to understand "why" you multiply it by 100. Once you understand it, things become easier.
