[MOVED] how to round decimal numbers to the given place

ok i have a major blank on how to round off numbers lol.

Lets say i need to round off 71.6197 to the hundreds
it would be 71,6 right.

if there are other like rounding of to the dunno cant remmeber them :( hundred thousand something. plz list em for me with the right number rounded off as a example plz
 
On your calculator, simply do, 1/10, 1/100, 1/1000, 1/10000 and 1/100000 and see where the decimal placement of the 1 is.

You mean, "hundredth", not hundreds.

from the decimal point to the right, it goes tenths, hundredths, thousandths, ten-thousandths, hundred-thousandths, millionths, ten-millionths, hundred-millionths, billionths, etc.
