I don't see any fractions here, either!

Multiply each term inside the second set of parentheses by -2, and then combine like terms.

Please show us your work on this problem so we can see where you might be making a mistake.
 
(4x/5-2y)-2(2x+7/3y) is \(\displaystyle (\frac{4x}{5}-2y) - 2(2x + \frac{7}{3y})\). Is that what is meant?
 
yes that is the way but how do you write it like that it would be a big help if you could teach me.Thanx
