How do I solve this problem to get a general solution?

x'(t) = Ax(t) + f(t)

Where A is a matrix. The first row of A contains 1 2. The second row contains 3 2.

f(t) is also a matrix. It contains a single column where the first entry is 1 and the second entry is -1.

A = 1 2
3 2

f(t) = 1
-1

One way is to solve the system of equations, for example, using Laplace transforms.
