Okay, hey guys, it's me again.
I'm comin' here cause my step-mom/teacher is busy and I don't want to bother her again.

Here's the deal.
I'm STILL doing linear equations.

the problem is something like
7y- 3 (greater than or equal to) 10y+9
+3 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>-3
7y (greater than equal to) 10y+6

and then I'm stuck. I can't figure out what to do with the 10 y.
Am i doing something wrong or what?
by the way the >>>>> is me trying to move the -3 over to the 9

You have to add the same number on both of the sides.

So it should be

\(\displaystyle 7y \, \ge \, 10y \, + 12\)

After fixing that - isolate 'y' - that is put all the terms with y on one side and all the numbers on the other side. Be vewy vewy caweful with signs

7y (greater than equal to) 10y+6

and then I'm stuck. I can't figure out what to do with the 10 y.
