Ted needs to give a contact telephone number to the moderators. Who knows when he will see this thread.
During the past two years, I have e-mailed Ted several times; I never receive any response. I suggest that e-mail notification is a waste of time and forum notification is unreliable, in the short-term.
Get a phone number.
It's bad enough that volunteers at this site have to waste so much personal time dealing with garbage communication and a lack of information from people seeking help, but to compound this waste of time with a broken web site is nearly intolerable, for me.
