umm equalities anyone?

so if you had a problem that says:

3\13-2t\=15
you would go like this right?
3\13-2t\=15
3 divided by 3=1 then you would divide that by 15 and you get 5...
\13-2t\=5
then you take it out of the absolute value lines...
13-2t=5
-13 -13
-2t= -8
divide both sides by -2t and you get t=4
then thats your answer right?

13-2t=5 When you take the absolute value you'll have two possibilities?!
-13 -13
-2t= -8
