The denominator in 4/6 is wrong because 3 times 3 is not 6.

(Also, even though 4/6 is the wrong fraction, why did you not reduce it before posting your answer? We should always reduce fractions to lowest terms, before reporting them in a final answer.)

Given: (x + 2/3)(x - 2/3)

In time, you will recognize this factorization pattern as the factorization of a difference of squares.

You can then immediately write the difference of the two squares, and simplify.

(x)^2 - (2/3)^2

8-)
