a.write an expressiom that gives the total cost to test x animals

b.find the average cost by dividing total costs by number of animals. write an expression that gives the avg per animal

c.find avg of 10, 100, and 1000 animals

d.how many animals should be tested for the avg cost to be 5.00 per animal (still unsure about this but how am i doing so far)

b.2500+3.00(x)/x

c. 2500+3.00(10)=253
2500+3.00(100)=28
2500+3.00(1000)=5.5

When typing this expression on the boards, you need to use grouping symbols because a slash does not mean a fraction bar without them.

Show the numerator clearly:

(3x + 2500)/x



c) 2500 + 3.00(10) = 253

2500 + 3.00(100) = 28

2500 + 3.00(1000) = 5.5

Your answers are all correct for part (c), but each equation is incorrect, as you typed it.

(3x + 2500)/x = 5
