First I will assume you left out proper grouping symbols and that your equation should read

y= (-1/2)x - 4

If the number is under the y, just plug that value into the equation in place of y and then solve for x. Example: There is a -1 under y, so

y= (-1/2)x - 4
-1= (-1/2)x - 4
-1 + 4= (-1/2)x - 4 +4
3 = (-1/2)x
3(-2) = (-1/2)x(-2)
-6 = x

So now you can fill in -6 under the x and left of the -1. Under the x,y , you can now write the ordered pair (-6,-1).

Now just do the same thing for the other numbers. If a number is under x, put it in place of x in the equation.
