Nevermind I figured out how to solve the problem so no help is needed!

The velocity function (in meters per second) is v(t)=4t-3 for 0 ≤ t
≤ 6 for a particle moving along a line

a) Find the displacement of the particle in the given interval
54m

b) Find the distance traveled by the particle during the given interval

6_________3/4________6__________________3/4____________6
∫ |4t-3|dt= ∫ (3-4t)dt+ ∫ (4t-3)dt=[3t-(4/2)t^2] + [(4/2)t^2-3t] = (9/8)+(441/8)=(225/8)
0_________ 0_________3/4_________________0_____________3/4

****Sorry about how I typed the problem I do not know how to use the program. The numbers connected by the _____ lines are above and below the integral signs or the ] brackets. Thank you so much for the help!
