Is Every x function, even ones for other letters the same?

In one problem, if x is 2, in f(x), would x also be 2 in the g(x) dependant part of the g(x) equation
 
Probably not, but maybe. Can you provide more explanation of what it is you are asking?
 
What do you mean by "the g(x) dependent part of the g(x) equation"? What, exactly, is the problem or statement you are looking at?

Yes -- if both functions f and g belong to the same exercise.

In any word problem, the symbol x always represents the same number no matter where it appears.

Therefore, once you know that x = 2, then all of the x's everywhere in the exercise equal 2.
