Hello there. I'm trying to figure out how to shrink a suction cup while maintaining size ratio.

the suction cup size I currently have is as follows.

here a pic with measurements of it.

http://i60.tinypic.com/30jimhj.jpg

basically I want to shrink down the diameter of the suction cup from 1.6cm to 0.9cm
however, I know the height of it will not remain 0.4 as it in the picture. so what height must it be in order
to conserve original size ratio between height, width, length when shrinked down to 0.9cm diameter.

all help is very much appreciated, and yes Im very bad at math but hopefully I can learn a thing or two in this website.
also, explain how you got to the answer if possible. but not neccessary.

\(\displaystyle \frac{0.9}{1.6}= 0.5625\) so we must have \(\displaystyle \frac{h}{.4}= 0.5625\). h= (0.5625)(.4)= 0.225.
