Iterated Triple Integral

Hey all -- I have been working at this one problem for over an hour now with no luck. Could someone help me figure it out? Thanks much!

Set up a triple integral SSS(z^2)dV as one iterated triple integral for the solid bounded by the following planes:
2z+y+x=7
x+y=3
y=0
z-y=0
