I dont even know where to begin. Thanks!

Simplify the expression to the sum of two trigonometric functions

(tan^2(theta-1)cot(theta)/sin(theta)-cos(theta)

Simplify the expression to the sum of two trigonometric functions

(tan^2(theta-1)cot(theta)/sin(theta)-cos(theta)

That does not have a matching "close" parenthesis.

I do not know - what does "(theta-1)" mean? Please explain!

Simplify the expression to the sum of two trigonometric functions

numerator is (tan² x-1) cot(x)
denominator is sin(x)-cos(x)

where x=theta

Thanks

[tan2(x) -1] * cot(x) = [tan2(x)] * cot(x) - cot(x) ..... continue...
