Number pattern help: 2 3 5 ? 11 13 ?

wassup weeboos of the inter webs I am studying for air force entrance exams and there is this one number pattern that is killing me it goes:

2 3 5 ? 11 13 ?

and you have to find the numbers with the question marks,

I spent like 30 mins on this question and your supposed to do it in like 40 seconds

lol anyway the correct answer is supposed to be 7 and 17 respectively.

I honestly don't see how and am having serious suspicions that the answers must be a typo or something. Please help a fellow otaku. :sad:

No ... the answer is not a typo.

Do you know what are prime numbers? ......... That would be one of the possible pattern....
