The sides of triangle ABC are a, b and c . THE sides of the triangle MNP have the same measure of ABC medians. Calculate the ratio of the areas of ABC / MNP .

The lengths of the medians can be obtained from Apollonius' theorem. Then use Heron's theorem to calculate the corresponding areas.
