2^6=64. I did this by multiplying by 2 six times and I came up with 64. Is there a quicker, better way to solve 2^6? (Sorry, I asked a similar question to this before.)

2^6 = (2^3)^2 = 8^2 = 64

It may not be any quicker - but that's how I do this mental math (without calculator).

I have no idea your purpose and/or what your education goals may be.
But in any case, if you are involved in any study that requires mathematics, I would suggest your learning the powers of two through eight and the powers of three through five.

Picture 2*2*2*2*2*2
After multiplying 2 by itself 3 times you got 8. Well, what do you thing you'll get when you multiply the last three 2's? 8! So the answer is whatever 8*8 is. Mathematically you simply invoked the associative law. 2*2*2*2*2*2= (2*2*2)*(2*2*2) = 8*8=64
