Hi guys,
I need help to find the Laplace transform of the following initial value problem.
y" + 3y' + 7y = cos t
y(0) = 0
y'(0) = 2
I found the following answer: Y(s) = 2S^3 - S/ (S^2+1)(S^2+3S+7).
However, the book shows the following answer: Y(s) = 2S^2+S+2/(S^2+1)(S^2+3S+7).
Can anyone help me?
