A review packet asks the following;
Solve the system 2x/3 + y/7=-11 and
x/7-y/3=-10. I have no idea what to do, could someone please help?

You have two equations and two unknowns (x & y).

Start with - eliminate the fractions by multiplying the equations with their LCM of denominators (21).

What do you get?

Can you continue now.....

Then the first thing you'll need to do is learn the chapter you missed in class. You can start with online lessons (such as this), or you might want to consider hiring a qualified local tutor who may be able to teach you the chapter inside a week or two. Good luck! ;)
