I am having trouble and do not understand the following geometry problem; it says "for each pair of intersecting lines, find m<ABC

I do not have any numbers to fill in and I do not know how to prove it...where do I begin?

If all you have is the statement (with no drawing, no info on "the pairs of intersecting lines", etc), then there is nothing to do, because they've not given you enough information.

Please consult with your instructor regarding the rest of the content of the exercise. Thank you! ;)
